Many Waldorf schools continue hiring throughout the summer.

That's why enrollment for our 2026–2027 Waldorf Generative Principles Foundation Program registration remains open until August 31.

It begins with a two-day online introductory intensive on September 4–5, followed by twice-monthly Saturday sessions through June.

This program is ideal for those who are new to Waldorf education or seeking a strong foundation in Waldorf pedagogy:

Opening Intensive
Sept 4 & 5 2026

Our opening two-day introductory virtual intensive (4 hours each day) provides the essential foundations for teaching in a Waldorf school, the content includes:

• An introduction to the Generative Principles of Waldorf Education

• Steiner's Theory of Knowledge and its relevance for teaching & learning

• The Four Processes of Nature and within Human Nature

• Why Children Need to be Ready to Learn—and Need Time to Learn

This intensive is the first module, and kickstarts our foundations program.

Our Instructors

Sarah Nelson and Rubeena Sandhu bring decades of experience in Waldorf education, teacher development, and adult learning. Together, they offer a practical, thoughtful approach that bridges educational principles with everyday classroom practice.

This was a well-planned journey through my foundation studies. There was a thoughtful balance between theory and practice, allowing each to inform and deepen the other. The progression of the course felt intentional and well paced, providing both a strong theoretical grounding and meaningful opportunities to apply the material in practical ways. As a result, the learning felt relevant, engaging, and directly connected to my work as a teacher.

At your school we offer a 5-day, immersive foundational intensive introducing the generative principles of Waldorf Education.

The rest of the program is virtual for 10 months of the school year.

PARTNERSHIP STRUCTURE

• More affordable than individual training options

• Minimum 3 full program participants

• Intensive week may include up to 12 total faculty members (additional participants at an additional cost)
