“Grounded in Practice” Program

Our program focuses on Waldorf Education’s generative principles as it applies to any classroom.

    • Immersive retreat-like design:

      • Longer days due to quieter contemplative periods throughout the day

      • Personal breaks and assimilation periods within the day in a natural, forested setting. (Forest Bathing & Evening sauna’s in Cowichan!)

    • Evenings are cozy, with tea, and we gather conscious of what is contemplated before sleep to maximize learning

    • Afternoons are art based, and personal work periods helps new employees prepare for their oncoming year, while they are held in a retreat like setting
