Immersive retreat-like design:
Longer days due to quieter contemplative periods throughout the day
Personal breaks and assimilation periods within the day in a natural, forested setting. (Forest Bathing & Evening sauna’s in Cowichan!)
Evenings are cozy, with tea, and we gather conscious of what is contemplated before sleep to maximize learning
Afternoons are art based, and personal work periods helps new employees prepare for their oncoming year, while they are held in a retreat like setting
